Which app should I use?
TV or streaming stick: install Plex from your TV's app store (Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, Google TV, Samsung, LG and most others).
Phone or tablet: the Plex app from the App Store or Google Play.
Computer: just use app.plex.tv in your browser.
Sign in with the same Plex account you use for requests, and Cooper Plex shows up in the menu.
It keeps buffering or looks blurry
Most Plex apps start on a low "auto" quality. In the Plex app, open Settings → Quality and set Remote Streaming (sometimes called Internet Streaming) to Maximum or Original.
That plays the file as-is, which looks best and is easiest on the server. If it still stutters, your connection may be the limit; step the quality down one notch.
How do I ask for something new?
Open Request, sign in with Plex, search for the movie or show, and tap Request. When it's ready it appears in Plex automatically.
Everyone gets 6 movies and 3 shows every 30 days.
How long does a request take?
Usually within a day. Brand-new releases, older titles and anything hard to find can take longer, and some things aren't available yet. You can check the status any time on the request page.
Where's my Wrapped?
Tap Your Wrapped above and pick your name (or Everybody) to see your past 12 months. Inside the report you can switch to a specific year or all time. Use Copy Direct Link on your report to save or share it.
Something isn't working
Check the lights at the top of this page. If one is red, the server already knows and it's being worked on. If everything is green and it's still broken, let Jackson know what you were watching and on what device.
